When will it arrive?
Order by December 15 for delivery before Christmas. Printed to order in the USA, usually arrives in about a week.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp phone photo with your pet facing the camera, in daylight. We check every photo before printing and email you if it won't print well.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo of the damage within 14 days and we reprint it at no cost.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Right now we ship within the United States only.
Can I see it before it's printed?
Yes. The live preview on the product page updates as you pick a look, upload your photo and type their name. A real person also checks every photo before printing and emails you if it won't print well.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. Just email support@whiskerpine.com with your order number. After that, your ornament may already be in production.
How does the Family Pack work?
Add two personalized ornaments to your cart and the Family Pack price applies automatically. No code needed. Each ornament can have a different pet, photo, look and note.
Can I make one for a pet who has passed away?
Of course. Many of our customers do. Any clear photo works, even an older one, and the note on the back is a lovely place for a few words in their memory.
Can I return it?
Because every ornament is made just for you, we can't take returns for change of mind. If it arrives damaged, defective or with a print error, we reprint it or refund you in full. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your ornament ships.
What do you do with my photo?
We only use it to make your ornament. We never share it or use it in ads without asking you first.
