Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of whiskerpine.com and to any purchase you make from Whisker & Pine (“we”, “us”). Whisker & Pine is operated by Jesús Escribano, based in Córdoba, Spain. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell personalized ceramic Christmas ornaments printed from the photo, name and note you provide. Every ornament is made to order. Colors on your screen may vary slightly from the printed result, and small variations in printing are normal.

2. Your content

When you upload a photo or write a name or note, you confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us a limited license to use that content only to produce, ship and support your order. We may refuse or cancel any order containing content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes third-party rights, and we’ll refund you in full.

3. Photo check

We review every photo before printing. If we think it won’t print well, we’ll email you so you can send a better one. If you ask us to print it anyway, we can’t offer a reprint for low image quality.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the US. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by WooPayments, powered by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Promotional prices and the Family Pack offer are valid while stated on the site and can’t be combined with other offers unless we say so.

5. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there’s an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. In any of these cases we’ll refund you in full.

6. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@whiskerpine.com. After that, your ornament may already be in production.

7. Shipping

Shipping times, the Christmas order deadline and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Because every ornament is personalized, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Damaged, defective or misprinted items are reprinted or refunded as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

9. Intellectual property

The Whisker & Pine name, logo, website design, illustrations and text belong to us and may not be copied without permission. Your photo remains yours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Ornaments are decorative items, not toys, and should be kept away from young children and pets.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
