What we collect

Order details: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional) and what you bought.
Personalization content: the pet photo, pet name, year and note you submit so we can make your ornament.
Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (WooPayments, powered by Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To produce, ship and support your order, including emailing you if your photo won’t print well.
To send order confirmations and shipping updates.
To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To measure and improve our website and ads.
To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store:

Our print-on-demand partner, which prints and ships your ornament in the USA (receives your photo, personalization and shipping address).
Payment processors (WooPayments / Stripe, and Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Amazon Pay if you choose them).
Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
Klaviyo, for order and marketing emails.
Pinterest and Reddit, through advertising tags that measure visits and purchases.
Our hosting provider, which stores the website.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the cart and checkout work, and analytics and advertising cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the store may not work without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Pet photos and personalization details are kept only as long as needed to fulfill your order and handle any reprint, and you can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other US states, and the European Union), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email support@whiskerpine.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

International transfers

We are based in Spain and our partners operate in the United States and elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside your country. We work with providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
