Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don’t ship internationally yet.

Shipping cost

Shipping within the US is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

• Photo check: a real person reviews your photo within 24 hours. If it won’t print well, we email you before anything is printed.
• Production: every ornament is printed to order in the USA, usually within 2–4 business days.
• Transit: usually 3–5 business days once shipped.
• Total: most orders arrive in about a week.

Christmas deadline

Order by December 15 for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after that date are still made with care, but we can’t guarantee they’ll arrive before December 25.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your ornament leaves the printer.

Packaging

Each ornament ships in the white or gold gift box you chose, ready to go under the tree.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@whiskerpine.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll fix it. We can’t redirect packages once they’ve shipped.

Lost, late or damaged

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, your package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, or your ornament arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy. We’ll make it right.
